Refund Policy

This policy explains when paid work on RPT AI Video Studio is refunded or credited. The price of paid work is shown in the product before it runs.
1. Work that fails on our side
If a paid step fails because of the service, for example a GPU or model provider error, and no usable output is produced, you are not charged for it, or the charge is returned to your balance.
2. Output you do not like
Generation is creative and results vary. A completed step that produced the requested output is not refunded because the result differs from what you hoped for. Quotes, and reviewing the storyboard and opening still before a clip is made, help you decide before you spend.
3. Prepaid balance
If you pay in advance for credit, unused credit is refunded on request when you close your account, less any fee the payment provider keeps, unless the law of your country gives you more.
4. Your statutory rights
Consumer law in your country may give you rights, such as a right of withdrawal, that this policy cannot limit. When you ask us to start paid work straight away, the right of withdrawal for that digital service may end once the work is done, where the law allows this.
5. How to ask
Send the project and run identifiers to the contact that will be listed here. We answer within 14 days and refund through the original payment method where we can.
